Standing at a lean, highly projectable 6-foot-4, 192 pounds, Sinn showed advanced pitchability, filling the zone with all four offerings during his bullpen session. His fastball sat 83-84 mph with lively carry (avg. 16.6” IVB), jumping out of the hand. He featured two distinct breaking balls—a sharp, tight 75-77 mph slider and a 69-71 mph curveball with downer spin. Rounding out his repertoire, Sinn flashed a 76-78 mph changeup with fading action.

1B/LHP Michael Sinn (Lafayette, 2027) was a winner on both sides of the ball from this event. A long, lean two-way to keep an eye on in the 2027 class, Sinn got the day started with a loud round of BP that saw him barrel his best ball 95.9 mph from the right side of the plate. At first base, Sinn posted a 80 mph top velocity with feel for footwork around the bag. To wrap up the day, the sophomore hopped on the mound, running his fastball up to 84 mph with the feel to fill up the zone with a curveball at 69 mph, a slider at 72-74 mph, and a low spin changeup at 73-75 mph. With a 6-foot-5, 190-pound frame, there is plenty more to come as Sinn continues to add size and strength and polish his game.
