6-foot-1, 235-pounds. Strong and broad-shouldered frame. Ran the 60 in 7.50 seconds, top exit velo of 96 MPH. The physical righty starts tall and slightly open at the dish. Maintains his rhythm and balance throughout. Smooth weight transfer, allows his hips to explode through the zone. Easy gap-to-gap with true power potential. Behind the plate, pop times ranged from 2.20-2.31 seconds, 71 MPH arm strength. Makes his transfer in a lower position, longer arm action.
6-foot, 230lb sturdy frame; 7.74 runner in the 60 yard dash. At the plate, Scullion starts in an open stance with high hands and an active barrel. Loads with a big leg kick and routinely get the foot down on time to swing. Works an adjustable swing that displayed the ability to find the barrel easily. A lot of loud line drives and fly balls in his round of BP on his way to registering a 93 MPH max exit velo. Behind the dish, Scullion displays good hip mobility in a low crouch and a clean glove that takes the pitch into his body. Throws from a longer slot that you typically see from a catcher but it gets the job done. Popped a 2.36-2.42 with a 63 MPH arm strength from the crouch. In the infield, Scullion moves well laterally to the ball with easy feet and fields out in front with a wide base. Throws from a short, snappy arm slot with a 71 MPH infield arm strength.
