Physical: Above-average 6-foot, 190lb frame with two-way feel. 7.27 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: LHH - Obvious presence in the box from a wide open, tall stance where the hands showed at the shoulder. Utilized a toe tap stride to initiate the swing through a whippy, flat path into the hitting zone. Deep one-handed finish and liked to get extended to pull the ball deep to the RF side. Recorded a 96 mph bat-exit velocity at 360 feet with some of the more raw power at the event.
Defensively: The third baseman featured a hop in the prep step and stayed under the waist with active feet. Positioned himself properly with a flatter back and soft glove hand out in front. Accurate 87 mph arm with movements that translate to the mound.
Pitching: RHP - Started sideways off of the far left corner of the rubber. Faster pace and hip coil at the stack, striding out from a lower posture to the mitt. Very well sequenced delivery as the FB held 90-91 mph. Turned over a sharp 75-77 mph CB on an 11/5 tilt. A short upper-70’s SL was commanded to the glove-side and even landed a few 82-85 mph straight CH at arm-speed.
Physical- Strong, physical build at 6-foot, 190lbs. 7.53 runner in the 60.
Offensively- The LHH starts in an upright, open stance. Lots of pre-pitch bat/hand movement before he loads his hands down and back along with a small stride to initiate the swing. He is able to get the foot down and uses the lower half well along with fast hands to fire through the zone with a quick, fluid lefty stroke with quality extension through contact. Posted above-average bat speed numbers which helps adjustability and helps against increased velocity. Max exit velo of 92 MPH during his BP round.
Defensively- Starts upright and gets low with the ball, using fluid footwork to range to either side. Has a tendency to let the ball get to him. Fields the ball inside his arm foot and funnels to his stomach, showing off soft hands. Quick arm swing with a ¾ arm slot, 86 MPH arm strength plays on the left side of the INF, but projects best as a third baseman at the next level.
