Offensively- Starts in a relaxed, slightly open stance. Slightly narrow base with his hands preset back. Uses a big leg kick for timing while loading his hands down into a strong position. High intent swinger, bat works on an uphill plane to and through contact. Above average bat speed thanks to quick, strong hands and solid use of his lower half. Makes consistent hard contact out in front with many hard hit balls in the air. Max exit velo of 96 MPH.
Defensively- Starts upright and is aggressive in his approach to the ball. Confident, consistent footwork on approach, fielding the ball in front of his glove foot. Uses his downhill momentum to get into a big shuffle before release. Short, quick arm action with a high ¾ arm slot, 89 MPH arm strength from the OF.
