Well built with a sturdy frame standing 5-foot-11, 190-pounds. Loose actions in the box, plenty of hand/barrel rhythm, slight incline through contact, bat-speed present, hard contact. At 1B, very active, smooth fielding glove, strong high 3/4 arm-slot release. Pitching, fast paced tempo to his mechanics, low knee lift, high 3/4 slot with downward depth to the ball, CB shows 11/6 shape. Player to closely follow this fall/spring.
A projectable frame at 5-foot-11, 190 pounds. Offensively- the right handed hitter stands in the box in a tall stance. Simple load actions. Quick direct path to the baseball. Slight lift at the point of contact. Stays balanced throughout the swing. Defensively- the infielder displayed active footwork at 1B. Gets rid of the baseball quickly. Throwing velocity was 82 MPH. Pitching the RHP displayed a repeatable delivery and a projectable arm. FB improved from the first showcase in the summer and peaked at 83 MPH. CB has late breaking action. FK is a plus pitch and ranged from 68-70 MPH. The 2020 RHP is one to follow.
