Physical: 5-foot-10, 195 pounds; Muscular, sturdy build. 1.86 10yd sprint.
Offensively: RHH. Closed setup, with feet just outside his shoulders; flat bat to start. Short take back with the hands with an up and down stride for timing. Stays behind the ball while showing an average effort from the legs. Showed a direct swing path with a two handed finish. More groundballs than line drives and flyballs with a peak exit velocity of 88 MPH via Trackman.
Pitching: Uses a glove side setup while using an angled drop step. Belt high leg drive with a slight lean over the belt. Has a moderate stride while landing slightly open. Short take back while showing some scap load; standard 3/4 slot. Upright with finish. FB: Peak velo of 84 MPH, while sitting 81-82 MPH; arm side run. SL: 72-74 MPH; tilting break. Fastball showed above average amounts of run with good feel for the strikezone. Slider has S/M potential.
