Hit: RHH. Upright posture with a neutral base. Heavy sink into the lower half with short push off the back leg into a firm front leg. Rotational path with the hands with a level bat path and line drive approach. Worked the ball from gap to gap during the bp session.
Defense: Behind the plate receives the ball one knee in the dirt and good posture. Strong ankle sway on receiving. Low transfer and ¾ arm slot on throws to second that yielded pop times between 2.26-2.51 at 68 mph. Gets chest over ball well on blocks with solid blocking posture.
