Arm action has moderate length in the back with a quick change of direction at the bottom of his arm stroke before coming through a high-¾ slot. Fastball keeps its plane at 76-80 mph, some strikes. Curveball shows near 12/6 shape with rolling action at 69-72 mph. Changeup keeps its plane at 70-71 mph. In the game, got mostly weak contact.
Demonstrated feel for a 6-foot-1, 180-pound advanced physical frame with present athleticism. The right-handed hitter featured a balanced, open setup utilizing a lift-and-replace stride to initiate his swing. Displayed fluid hips and a slightly uphill barrel-path through the zone that generated easy backspin to both gaps. Showcased advanced barrel awareness while registering an 83 mph bat-exit velocity . Ran a 7.47 60-yard dash. The first baseman showed advanced feel around the bag, setting up advantageous hops with fluid footwork. A low center of gravity and soft glove hand allowed for solid range to both sides. Registered an accurate 79 mph arm-strength across the infield out of a fluid, high ¾ arm-slot.

On the mound, the right-hander works from a slightly up-tempo delivery with a high leg kick before gliding down the mound. Arm action has moderate length in the back, making a loose and fast circle with a quick change of direction before coming through a high-¾ slot. Fastball keeps its plane at 77-78 mph, mostly strikes. Curveball shows rolling 12/6 shape at 65-67 mph, mostly strikes.

A long and projectable 6-foot-1, 170-pound frame with lots of room to add size and strength. The right-hander works from a deliberate delivery with a moderate leg kick before gliding down the mound and finishing balanced towards the dish. Arm action is clean in the back with moderate length before coming through a high-¾ slot. Fastball keeps its plane at 76-80 mph. Curveball shows rolling action with some late depth and 11/5 shape at 69-72 mph. In the game, Carter took a batter to find his rhythm and then punched one hitter out and got two weak ground balls.

Offensively, the right-handed hitter bats from an upright, even, balanced, and relaxed set-up with some rhythm in his hands. Uses a small load and moderate stride before launching his hands on a flat path through extension. In BP, shows a middle to pull and flat approach, some barrels, 82 mph exit velo. Runs a 7.38 60. Defensively, shows clean, deliberate, and confident actions at first base. Throws with a full arm stroke coming through a high-¾ slot with excellent accuracy at 75 mph to second base.
