On the mound, the left-hander works from a deliberate, controlled, and low effort delivery with a moderate leg kick before gliding down the mound. Arm action has moderate length in the back with a quick change of direction at the bottom of the arm stroke before coming through a near over the top slot with arm speed. Fastball keeps its plane at 80-82 mph, mostly strikes. Curveball has mostly 1/7 shape with late depth and some strikes at 70-71 mph. Changeup shows some fade and some strikes thrown with near fastball arm speed at 70-72 mph.

Offensively, the right-handed hitter bats from an open, balanced and athletic set-up with some rhythm in his hands. In BP, shows a flat and middle of the field approach with mostly barrels and more power than his 81 mph exit velo would suggest. Runs a 6.9 60. Defensively, shows deliberate and confident actions with above average hands. Throws with a full and clean arm stroke coming through a near over the top slot with arm speed and accuracy at 83 mph on double play turns.

On the mound, the left-hander works from a simple and controlled delivery with a short leg kick, driving down the mound with a long stride before finishing to the third base side. Arm action is loose, quick, and fluid in the back before coming through a high-¾ slot. Fastball keeps its plane at 82-84 mph, almost all strikes. Slider has 1/7-2/8 shape at 73-74 mph and consistent depth. In the game, Favors faced five batters, allowed one hit, and struck out three.

Uses a smooth load with an early stride and late heel plant before launching his hands on a flat path through extension with some length, hitting from his front foot. In BP, shows a gap-to-gap approach with occasional lift, mostly barrels, 74 mph exit velo. Defensively, shows deliberate and clean actions in the outfield, uses a quick step behind with a full arm stroke coming through a high-¾ slot with excellent accuracy and carry at 84 mph.
