Displays a lean, athletic 5-foot-11, 175-pound frame. Rose State JC commit. The right-handed hitter starts with an open stance and high hand-set. Uses a big leg lift load and event stride with a quick line-drive swing through the zone. Has a slight uphill bat path with a mid/pull approach, squaring up balls during BP. Recorded an 85 mph bat-exit velocity. Ran a 7.24 60-yard dash. In the infield, shows good footwork working towards first base with soft hands in the field. Throws from an over-the-top slot, making 81 mph throws across the infield.
On the mound, uses a repeatable tempo and delivery. Reaches an athletic balance point before landing square to home plate. Throws from an over-the-top arm slot with quick action and a slight stab behind. Fastball works downhill with slight arm-side run, sitting 80-83 mph. Curveball shows late 12/6 shape with some depth, 66-68 mph.
A lean and athletic 5-foot-11, 165-pound frame with lots of room to add size and strength. On the mound, the right-hander works only from the stretch, bent over at the waist before using a moderate leg kick with a coil at the top before striding down the mound and finishing to the dish. Arm action is very quick in the back with some length before coming through an over the top slot. Fastball sits 79-81 mph with consistent arm-side run, some strikes. Curveball shows near 12/6 shape with some late depth at 65-68 mph, some strikes. Changeup shows excellent arm-side run and late fade for strikes at 72-73 mph.
A 5-foot-11, 165-pound rising junior right-handed hitter who ran a 7.09 60-yard dash. Slightly closed stance features an arm-bar and knob of bat pointed toward his front foot. Rocks weight to backside and incorporates a short, lift-and-replace stride, cocking the bat slightly from its initial starting position. Despite this unorthodox approach, his eyes stay level and the ball comes off his bat well, as he registered an 86-mph exit velocity. Showed a soft glove hand and feel for fielding the baseball out front during fungo work. Accurate arm from an over-the-top slot which generated 83-mph arm strength across the diamond.
