Runs a 4.73 home-to-first. Defensively, shows deliberate and consistent action. Throws from a short high-3/4 slot with accuracy, 73 mph. In the game, went 0-for-2 with a walk. On the mound, works from a controlled delivery with little effort down the mound. Arm action is short and hidden behind his body creating deception, coming through a 3/4 slot. Fastball keeps its plane 71-75 mph. Curveball is best when he throws it harder, 63-64 mph, and it takes on a 10/4 shape. In the game, Blair filled up the zone with both pitches and recorded one strikeout.
