Uses a short load with an arm bar, moderate stride, and late heel plant before launching his hands on an a slightly uphill path with a high finish and good extension, hitting from his front front. In BP, shows a mostly flat approach with occasional lift to the pull side with pop, mostly barrels, 92 exit velo. Runs a 7.33 60. Defensively, shows a slightly off set set-up with his left knee turned in, receives with soft hands taking the ball some before sticking it and showing a simple and deliberate step through to second base on throws. Throws down with a short arm action coming through an over the top slot at 72 mph down to second base with developing accuracy for showcase pop times of 2.21-2.37.
