2025 Ontario Future Games Trials
2026 George Boutris, an uncommitted middle infielder out of the Ontario Yankees program, continues to get better each time our staff sees him. The right-handed hitter put together a strong round of BP as there was consistent quality contact with Sweet Spot % of 60. Boutris was on-time and able to elevate with a peak exit velocity of 88mph and peak distance of 331ft. On the infield Boutris was up to 72mph and also ran a 4.22 30-yard dash.
2025 Canadian College & University Showcase
2026 INF George Boutris looked much more comfortable in the box compared to the last time we saw him as the 6-foot-2, 175-pound right-handed hitter generated a Sweet Spot % of 71, along with a peak exit velocity of 89.1mph and distance of 300ft. Boutris still has two summers of development to come before heading off to college and his overall metrics should continue trending upwards as he matures and fills out. Boutris mans the middle infield for the Ontario Yankees where he was 73mph on the infield at the event.
