The ‘24 Junior Future Gamer will be a name to remember in the coming years. Good twitch to him with athletic traits that produced a maximum exit velocity of 90.6 mph and a peak distance of 326 feet. Andersen lived on the barrel during his two rounds and looks the part in the box from the right-side. Easy rhythm with ability to create plane early while providing length after contact. His stock should continue to climb as he matures into his frame.
2024 Junior Future Games
Andersen was one of the more impactful positional players on our Junior Future Games team with his well-rounded game. The right-handed hitter has the ability to hit to all fields and then move himself around the bases with speed and good instincts. Andersen also handles himself well on the infield with a confident glove and athletic movements. An intriguing prospect as he continues to mature and is following in his older brother’s footsteps who’s committed to Dartmouth.
