‘29 C/RHP Josh Oullette is a two-way out of the York Simcoe Titans program with plenty of growth to come, physically and skills wise. The right-handed hitter generated a peak exit velocity of 70.2mph and Sweet Spot % of 70.2mph. Behind the plate, Oullette produced pop-times of 2.30-2.56 with 62mph throws. The Titans product was also up to 63mph on the infield.
