Body Type: 6-foot, 160-pound thin and athletic frame.
Swing Mechanics: Open stance with smooth and simple load into back leg with a bat tip.
Hit: Great feel in the box with a level bat path, and middle of the field approach. Generates natural backspin and can use the entire field.
Power: Line drive guy with more to come as he develops and adds size.
Offensive Projection: Multiple Roles.
Field: Featured quick feet with a consistent transfer along with receiving and blocking skills that were advanced for his age.
Throw: Has arm strength that is still developing, and loose arm action.
Defensive Projection: Catcher.
Body Type: 6-foot, 160-pound athletic frame. Swing Mechanics: Left-handed hitter that starts in an an athletic stance. Hit: Very fluid, easy movements through pitch recognition into swing decision. Swing really works with a ton of feel for contact. Impressive combination of feel and natural tools. Took one of the top BPs of the day. Power: 85 mph exit velocity. Gap abilities with much more to come. Offensive Projection: Run Producer. Run: 4.43 H-1st. Field: In the outfield he plays with a slower tempo to and through the ball. Stays under control throughout fielding sequence. Ball skills are on par for class. Also registered pop times of 2.13-2.21. Throw: Arm is top tool as a defender. Very clean, loose arm with jump out of the hand and much more strength to come. 75 mph arm strength to home plate and 73 mph from the crouch. Defensive Projection: C/Corner OF. Additional Comments: Hit tool is for real. A definite bat to follow as he develops physically.
