6/17/15 5-foot-9, 170-pound right-handed hitter. Started from an open stance and strode to slightly closed. Top-hand dominant stroke. Not much in the way of positive results this event, but has shown the ability to get the barrel to mid-80s velocity in the past. Showcased 79-mph arm strength during workout. Loose, clean arm action, more comfortable throwing from lower slot, ability to make plays on the move. Verbally committed to Millersville University shortly after event.
2/14/15 Clement starts from a slightly open stance, strides to square, and loads his hands to a good launch position. At times, he will sit on his backside, lose posture and add length to his swing, but when he gets his weight transferred, he flashes bat speed and allows his hands to work. Defensively, Clement exhibits good feet, a clean exchange, and a quick arm.
11/1/14 Clement's athleticism was evident defensively, as he exhibited good feet and hands, a whippy arm action and the ability to throw accurately from multiple arm angles. In his BP round, the 5-foot-9, 170-pounder started slightly open and strode to square and wide. A short raise of his hands in his load got him to a good launch position, from which point he took a short path to the ball, flashing good bat speed and staying inside the ball well.
