Richard Perry is a 6-foot-4, 185-pound OF/RHP from Northwestern Lehigh HS. He will be participating in the PA Top Prospect Games in October.

2/23/13 Perry is a 6-foot-4, 185-pound prospect who recently signed with Lehigh Carbon Community College. Perry showcased and 82 mph arm from the outfield and athletic actions to the ball. He showed an 85 mph bat exit velocity and good barrel whip during a round of batting practice that saw him routinely square baseballs to all fields. Perry completed his day with a solid bullpen session. He sat 78-80 out of a high 3/4 arm slot with some arm side run. Perry also commanded a 74 mph changeup and a 67 mph curveball with an 11/5 break.

10/12/12 At 6-foot-4, 185-pounds, Perry has projectable size. He ran a 7.40 60-yard dash and showcased one of the better outfield arms at the event at 81mph. Perry worked a scoreless inning on the mound topping out at 77mph from a high 3/4 arm slot. Perry also commanded a 68mph slider and a 66mph curveball.
