Hit: LHH. Toe tap stride. Rotational back foot, gets stuck and slides away from plate hindering use of lower 1/2. Drive back foot forward slightly with rotation, engaging lower 1/2 in swing. Increasing lower 1/2 results in more impact. Hits into firm front leg, posture is laid back at contact, would like see more upright at contact. Stride foot rolls onto side of foot, nice job hitting from ground up. Develop core strength with rotational core exercises to improve rotational acceleration. Barrel/hands in good launch position.
