Hits from an upright, relaxed stance. Hands stay loose with subtle rhythm and a short, quick load. Stays tall throughout forward move and lands in a balanced position at foot strike. Barrel stays inside of the ball and allows for consistent gap-to-gap power. Defensively showed well at 3B. Flashing body control and a reliable glove hand. Has quiet, steady actions for a bigger defender. Approaches the ball with a controlled tempo and pace. Gets into a flat position with his torso over the ball while funneling in. Easy exchange and throwing motion. Compact, whippy arm from a 3/4 slot.
