Palmgren is a clean moving arm that flashed five pitches throughout his ‘pen. The fastball was up to 80 mph, sitting in the high-70s with 13 in. of avg. IVB, flashed a cutter in the high-60s, and showed three off-speeds. The curveball was a vertical breaker thrown in the mid-60s for strikes, a horizontal moving slider at 64-66 mph, and a changeup with some ASR/S at 68-70 mph an avg. of 12 in. of avg IVB. A young follow in the ‘29 class.
