Milwaukee Fall ID: Quick Hits

On September 24th, the Prep Baseball Wisconsin staff hosted the Milwaukee Fall ID at The Rock in Franklin, WI. Around 20 players participated in a pro-style workout, gathering unrivaled access to data through our state-of-the-art tech partners, as well as in-depth scouting analysis from our Prep Baseball Wisconsin staff.

POSITION PLAYERS

+ INF Brayden Alivo (St. Thomas More, 2026; Wisconsin-Milwaukee) currently ranked No. 38 in the state’s senior class, standing at 5-foot-10, 183-pounds with mature strength throughout his frame. Started the day running a 7.24 60-yard dash, improving his previous time from last year. At the plate, the right-handed hitter took a loud round of BP with consistent elevated contact to the pull side, launching a number of home runs during his round. Alivo consistently worked in rhythm with feel to repeat with ease, the ball jumped off the barrel reaching a max exit velocity of 95.8 mph off the bat. Defensively the infielder played with confident and steady actions with fluid feet while flashing range to his glove side, arm played from the left-side of the diamond with accuracy while topping out at 84 mph.

+ OF Mason Beaver (East Troy, 2026) standing in at 5-foot-10, 161-pounds with room to add to his frame. The right-handed hitting outfielder started the day running a 7.06 60-yard dash before putting together a quality round of BP, showing feel for the barrel while spraying the ball to all parts of the field. Smooth right-handed swing consistently working on plane throughout the round while reaching a max exit velocity of 88.3 mph. Defensively Beaver plays with steady actions in the outfield with arm strength up to 81 mph.

+ C Callahan Connor (Marquette, 2027) stands at 5-foot-8, 190-pounds with strength throughout his frame. At the plate the left-handed hitter swings a strong barrel with feel to drive the ball through the middle of the field reaching a max exit velo of 92.3 mph. Defensively behind the plate showing steady actions and reliable hands behind the plate with arm strength up to 72 mph with accurate throws to the bag.

+ UTL Austin Johnson (Port Washington, 2028) is listed at 5-foot-10, 160-pounds with room to add to his frame. At the plate the right-handed hitter takes a direct and smooth path to the baseball, showing feel to drive the ball in the air while reaching a max exit velo of 85.5 mph with seemingly more in the tank as he gets stronger. Defensively in the outfield, attacking the baseball with fluid actions and arm strength up to 82 mph.

+ MIF Everett Sachs (Preble, 2027) is a twitchy middle infielder standing in at 5-foot-9, 139-pounds with clear room to add to his frame. At the plate the right-handed hitter swings an easy and smooth bat with twitch, flashing feel to barrel the baseball to all fields. Ball jumped off the barrel, reaching a max exit velo of 87.6 mph. Defensively in the infield showing athletic actions while working in rhythm, fluid and light feet with some range to either side with an athletic arm action that plays on the move, topped out at 78 mph across the diamond.

+ C Owen Sather (Living Word Lutheran, 2026) is a lean and projectable 5-foot-11, 152-pound uncommitted catcher heading into his senior year. At the plate the right-handed hitter swung a smooth and balanced bat, showing feel for the barrel throughout, driving the ball to all fields throughout BP reaching a max exit velo of 92.8 mph. Defensively Sather is a smooth and clean receiver with soft hands, arm plays with accuracy while topping out at 70 mph.

+ INF Gavin Vahl (Whitnall, 2029) is an athletic 5-foot-5, 129-pound infielder. At the plate the right-handed hitter swings a quick bat with feel for find the barrel and drive the ball to the pull side. Twitchy and quick path, with balance reaching a max exit velo of 88.5 mph throughout the round. Defensively in the dirt Vahl breaks down to field, working through the baseball, arm plays with accuracy topping out at 73 mph across the diamond.

+ INF Jack White (Living Word Lutheran, 2026) currently ranked No. 253 in the state’s senior class, the 5-foot-8, 160-pound infielder was a standout during the workout. At the plate, the right-handed hitter drove the baseball through the middle of the field reaching a max exit velo of 92 mph throughout the round. Defensively in the infield White is a steady defender with reliable hands and arm strength up to 76 mph.

PITCHERS

+ LHP Austin Adamczewski (St. Thomas More, 2027) measures 5-foot-11, 170-pounds, impressed in his bullpen at last week’s event. The southpaw worked out of a hybrid windup and threw five pitches from a higher ¾ arm slot. The fastball worked at 78-81 mph with 17 in. of avg. IVB, the sinker played in the low 80s for strikes, and the cutter was in the mid 70s. Adamczewski threw a curveball at 66-68 with -14 in. of avg. IVB and 2300+ rpm, and the slider worked at 68-70 mph for strikes and gradual break. The left-hander impressed and showed feel for multiple pitches. A southpaw in the 2027 class to follow.

+ RHP Jayden King (Union Grove, 2027) currently ranked No. 72 in the state’s 2027 class, King threw the loudest bullpen of the event, leading the group in velocity. King showed command throughout and worked a three pitch mix. The 5-foot-11, 167-pound right-hander worked his fastball up to 89 mph, sitting 87-88 mph with an avg. of 2399 rpm and 15 in. of avg. IVB. King flashed a curveball in the low to mid 70s with -14 in of HM and an 2238 rpm. Also, showed a changeup in the low 80s with 11 in. of HM, working armside. King is an uncommitted name to follow in the 2027 class.

+ RHP Cameron Palmgren (Case, 2029) a 5-foot-10, 144-pound freshman that broke out at the event as a young prospect to follow. Palmgren is a clean moving arm that flashed five pitches throughout his ‘pen. The fastball was up to 80 mph, sitting in the high-70s with 13 in. of avg. IVB, flashed a cutter in the high-60s, and showed three off-speeds. The curveball was a vertical breaker thrown in the mid-60s for strikes, a horizontal moving slider at 64-66 mph, and a changeup with some ASR/S at 68-70 mph an avg. of 12 in. of avg IVB. A young follow in the ‘29 class.

+ RHP Lucas Reinheimer (Prairie, 2029) is another younger arm that showed feel throughout, 5-foot-10, 155-pounds. Reinheimer’s changeup was one of the most impressive pitches of the night, thrown at 69-71 mph with an average spin rate of 788 rpm, played like a splitter, and fell off the table. The fastball worked up to 80 mph, sat 77-79 mph with 17 in. of IVB, and slider worked in the mid to high 60s. With high quality off-speed offerings, Reinheimer is a name to follow as he continues to mature and the velo ticks up.
