Louisiana Future Games Preview: Position Players

Emerson, GA - Well, it's that time of the summer again, as we're only one week away from heading east to Emerson, GA for the 2026 Prep Baseball Future Games. This invite-only event is the single largest event of the calender year for uncommitted prep prospects, who are about to enter their junior year of high school, thanks to the more than 400 college coaches that show up to the Lakepoint Sports Complex at the end of every summer. This year's Louisiana team features 24 uncommitted prospects, from different parts of the state, and is littered with talent up and down the roster. Below, we break down the position players that are heading to Georgia with us next week.
2026 LOUISIANA FUTURE GAMES POSITION PLAYERS

Kannon Keiser SS / Sam Houston, LA / 2028Rankings StateRank: 16 / POS: 2
Keiser is one of the most reliable defenders in Louisiana's 2028 class, anchoring the infield with smooth actions, dependable hands, and advanced instincts. His offensive game continues to trend upward as he consistently puts together quality at-bats and wreaks havoc on the base paths. His steady all-around play makes him one of the roster's most complete position players.

Eli Clark SS / 2B / STM, LA / 2028Rankings StateRank: 7 / POS: 1
Clark is an athletic infielder who enjoyed a productive spring for one of Louisiana's top programs. His offensive approach is built around consistent hard contact, while his defensive versatility allows him to impact games at multiple positions. He brings toughness, instincts, and winning experience to the Future Games roster.

Grant Oustalet 3B / C / Sam Houston, LA / 2028Rankings StateRank: 13 / POS: 3
Oustalet combines present strength with athleticism and continues to develop into one of the state's better right-handed hitting prospects. He impacts the baseball with authority while also providing dependable defense and athleticism both on the infield and behind the plate. His physicality and competitive makeup make him one to watch next week at the 2026 Future Games.

Myles Auxt SS / 2B / Catholic, LA / 2028Rankings StateRank: 17 / POS: 3
Auxt is a versatile infielder with solid defensive actions and the athleticism to impact the game in multiple ways. A switch-hitter, he brings offensive flexibility while consistently showing quality bat-to-ball skills. His well-rounded game gives Louisiana another dependable contributor.

Peyton Bell 2B / RHP / Sam Houston, LA / 2028Rankings StateRank: 19 / POS: 1
Bell is an athletic infielder whose offensive game continues to trend upward thanks to improving strength and bat speed. Defensively, he plays with confidence and shows the instincts to remain in the middle of the diamond. His combination of athleticism and upside makes him an exciting follow next week.

Harrison Serio OF / LHP / Jesuit, LA / 2028Rankings StateRank: 14 / POS: 2
Serio is one of the more polished hitters in Louisiana's 2028 class with a mature offensive approach and advanced feel for the barrel. He consistently produces quality contact while bringing reliable defense and instincts in the outfield. His ability to impact the game in multiple ways should serve him well at LakePoint.

Quinn Fiasconaro OF / RHP / Sam Houston, LA / 2028Rankings StateRank: 29 / POS: 5
Fiasconaro enjoyed a breakout summer after an outstanding sophomore season, showcasing present bat speed and the ability to drive the baseball with authority. The physical outfielder consistently produced loud contact, posting exit velocities over 95 mph while continuing to improve athletically. His power potential makes him one of Louisiana's most dangerous offensive threats.

Cooper Babin OF / Catholic BR, LA / 2028Rankings StateRank: 12 / POS: 1
Babin is a physical left-handed hitting outfielder who continues to make strides offensively. It's a simple swing with a direct path and he consistently works through the middle of the field. His toughness and work ethic fit well in the Future Games environment.

Caden Pryor OF / 1B / Loyola College Prep, LA / 2028Rankings StateRank: 35 / POS: 6
Pryor is a versatile athlete who impacts the game with speed and power. He had one of the biggest blasts at our Underclass Top Prospect Games, as he belted a pull-side home run in Game 1. His upside makes him one of the more exciting outfield prospects on the roster.

Kingston Adams C / 3B / Loyola College Prep, LA / 2028Rankings StateRank: 11 / POS: 2
Adams is a physical utility guy whose offensive game continues to trend upward thanks to strength and barrel control. He provides defensive versatility with the ability to contribute at multiple spots. His all-around profile should make him an intriguing target at next week's Future Games.

Jackson Pruitt C / 2B / Sam Houston, LA / 2028Pruitt has established himself as one of Louisiana's premier defensive catchers, consistently controlling the running game to go along with advanced receiving skills. Offensively, he continues to show a mature approach with the ability to produce quality contact throughout the field. His defensive polish and leadership behind the plate make him an invaluable piece of this year's Future Games team.

Brock Blessington RHP / OF / Sam Houston, LA / 2028Blessington is one of the state's premier two-way prospects and impacts the game on both sides of the ball. The physical 6-foot-3 athlete was a key contributor for Sam Houston this spring, showing present power at the plate (.321, 5 HR, 30 RBI) while also thriving in high-leverage innings on the mound. His combination of strength, athleticism, and competitiveness should make him one of Louisiana's most valuable players at the Future Games.
