2026 Prep Baseball North Carolina All-State Teams
The 2026 high school baseball season once again showcased why North Carolina continues to be one of the nation's premier baseball states. From Opening Day through the final out of the state championships, players across the state delivered outstanding individual performances while helping their programs compete for conference titles, deep playoff runs, and state championships.
Following the announcement of Cameron Tarkenton (Cardinal Gibbons HS) as the 2026 Prep Baseball North Carolina Player of the Year, Prep Baseball is proud to recognize the players whose performances stood among the very best in the state with the release of the 2026 Prep Baseball North Carolina All-State Teams.
Selections were made by the Prep Baseball scouting staff after a spring spent evaluating the state's top talent in every corner of North Carolina. Throughout the season, our staff provided in-person coverage at more than 350 high school games, while also compiling daily evaluations through our Inside The Box coverage, published six days per week, and incorporating weekly reports and updates from coaches across the state. Every selection reflects the combination of live evaluations, season-long production, level of competition, and each player's impact on his team's success.
As with every season, narrowing the field proved to be a difficult task. North Carolina featured an exceptional collection of talent in 2026, with countless players producing seasons worthy of postseason recognition. While only two teams could be selected, the depth of quality baseball played across the state made this one of the strongest overall groups in recent memory.
