GAME ONE:

Team Wisconsin started off action on Friday evening against Team Virginia.

RHP/UTIL Chase Kramer (Neenah, 2030) took the mound in game one, allowing two runs and striking out five batters in four innings of work while utilizing a three pitch mix.

After Team Virginia struck first in the top of the third inning, Team Wisconsin would answer back in the bottom half of the inning, plating a run on a base hit off the bat of OF Tyler Kelenic (Catholic Memorial, 2030), who would take second on the throw, and come around to score following a pair of wild pitches.

C Hayden Jones (DeForest, 2030) would drive in another run on a base hit of his own, and a bases loaded walk would plate another, making it a four run inning for Team Wisconsin.

After inclement weather haulted play on Friday, the game would pick back up on Saturday.

Despite recording 10 hits as a team, with INF Parker Meunier (Oconto Falls, 2030) and OF/LHP Hudson Fox (Whitefish Bay, 2030) leading the way with two a piece, a five run top of the sixth inning would give Team Virginia the lead late, and they would hold on to win 8-4.

GAME TWO:

Sunday morning would feature a matchup between Team Wisconsin and Team Alabama.

INF/RHP Easton Fleck (Middleton, 2030) took the mound in game two, and threw two scoreless innings, recording a strikeout.

Team Alabama would break the stalemate in the top of the third innning, putting up five runs. Team Wisconsin would answer back, scoring three runs in the bottom of the fifth inning, with INF/RHP Konnor Kilinski (Wausau West, 2030) driving in a run on a base hit and stealing two bases, but this wouldn't be enough to overcome the deficit. Team Alabama would hold on to defeat Team Wisconsin 8-3.

GAME THREE:

The third and final game featured a matchup between Team Wisconsin and Team Pennsylvania.

LHP/OF Beau Schur (Wauwatosa East, 2030) would take the mound and provide two strong innings of work, collecting a strikeout.

An eight run, second inning explosion would give Team Wisconsin a lead that would hold, spearheaded by a three-run double off the bat of 1B/LHP Anthony Ramirez (Greendale, 2030), and a run scoring double off the bat of C/SS Chris Worrell Jr. (Oak Creek, 2030).

OF/LHP Wyatt Hotchkiss (Wisconsin Lutheran, 2030), INF/RHP Konnor Kilinski (Wausau West, 2030), OF/LHP Hudson Fox (Whitefish Bay, 2030) and INF/RHP Jack Wians (Franklin, 2030) would each drive in runs en route to an emphatic 9-5 victory for Team Wisconsin to cap off the Junior Future Games.
