The fireballer from Fargo stays put in our number one spot. For two innings, The Texas A&M commit sat in the mid-90s at the state tournament, setteling into the 90-93 range later on. Nelson took the Dakotas player of the year honors as well this high school season.
2	Cason Borchardt	Horace (ND)	OF
Borchardt stays in the number two spot with a productive high school season on both sides of the ball. Advanced bat-to ball skills leading the Horace Hawks all season. Up to 90 MPH on the mound to complement his offensive tools. Oregon recruit.
3	Kade Wede	Harrisburg (SD)	RHP
Wede refined with in game velo in his look at the Dakota Top Prospect Games. Attacks the zone with a 4 pitch arsenal. Still more juice in the tank from the uncommitted arm.
4	Brady Waddell	Stevens (SD)	RHP
In now 3 outings this year in front of Prep Baseball, Waddell has been in the upper 80s deep into games, hitting a 91 recently at the MPL. Still more to come from a wiry frame.
5	Jack Tooke	Mandan (ND)	RHP/SS
Tooke added more muscle to his frame and displayed an accurate barrel this high school season. Higher-level defender in the hot corner with an advanced arm. Continues to develop. Illinois-Chicago commit.
