Top Prospect Underclass Quick Hits- Pitchers
Christian Osborne, RHP, 2028, Pierce County
Christian Osborne put on a show as a pitcher at top prospect, topping out at 90 on the FB at 5-foot-11 and 160 pounds. Osborne features his fastball at 87-90 and his slider at 78-81. He uses this combo well specifically with great tunnel attacking with an elevated fastball then incorporating a nasty slider from an over the top arm slot. At a young age he commands his fastball well with a high strike percentage. Generates power well with strong internal rotation, a stiff front leg, and explosive whip on his arm action. Osborne is a high spin guy that gives the fastball a good ride through the zone. His current tools with his current frame will allow him to develop significantly in the coming years.
Hunter Holmstrom, LHP, 2028, Newnan
Holmstrom is a crafty lefty that has promising movement with each of his pitches. Holmstrom throws a FB, CH, CB, and SL and maintains good control of each of them. He gets his FB up to 84.5 with an avg RPM of 2125. Going off the FB he pairs his CH and CB with it majority of the time, where he throws his CH 74-76 with an avg RPM of 1337. On his CB he throws it 73-75 with an avg RPM of 2262. In the showcase game he kept batter off balance and off the base path.

Easton Holmes, RHP, 2028, Denmark
The 6-foot, 183-pound rising junior put up an impressive performance on the mound in Tuesday’s Top Prospect Games. Holmes was aggressive from the jump with the fastball which sat 88-90 topping out at 91.7 showing some ASR. He also featured a slider that sat at 79. The most eye popping pitch yesterday was the changeup which sat 80-82 with fade. Holmes effectively used this pitch ahead in the count to generate a lot of chase to LHH which played really well off his fastball. Holmes stayed ahead of hitters all day and attacked the zone from pitch one. Look for Holmes to have a breakout summer on the mound.

Wryson Davis, LHP, 2028, Newnan
Davis was impressive in his two innings of work. His pitchability stands out, as he has the ability to command all of his offerings for strikes. He does a good job controlling the running game and varying his times to the plate. Davis pitches backwards effectively and is not afraid to challenge hitters on the inner half with his fastball, which sat 82–84 mph and topped out at 85. His changeup showed excellent fading action and generated multiple chases out of the zone. The slider was sharp with command to both sides of the plate, giving him another reliable weapon in any count. Overall, the feel to pitch stands out, as he consistently keeps hitters off balance with quality stuff and advanced command. The three-pitch mix works well together, and he shows a strong understanding of how to sequence pitches to attack hitters.

Evan Litschke, LHP, 2028, Mount Paran
Litschke was impressive in his two innings of work. He is a smooth mover down the mound with fluid mechanics and a live arm. His fastball sat 86-88 mph with excellent cutting action in on the hands of right-handed hitters, and he showed the ability to both front-door and back-door the pitch. The ball comes out easily with minimal effort, highlighting his natural feel for pitching. His slider was tight with sharp east-to-west movement and consistently generated chases out of the zone. He also flashed a changeup with good fading action while maintaining the same arm speed as his fastball. Litschke showed advanced pitchability throughout the outing, mixing his arsenal effectively and keeping hitters off balance in any count.
