EMERSON, GA – The 2026 Prep Baseball Junior Future Games are set to take place this week at LakePoint Sports in Emerson, GA, bringing together some of the top 2030 prospects from across the country for multiple days of workouts, evaluations, and game action.

Unlike the Senior Future Games and Future Games, the Junior Future Games will feature teams competing for state pride before being seeded into bracket play to close out the event. Alabama's Junior Future Games contingent will be divided between two teams, with one roster competing as Team Alabama and the other joining prospects from Georgia to form Team Southeast.

Alabama and Georgia are the only two states with players competing on multiple teams, allowing more prospects from each state the opportunity to participate in the Junior Future Games. There is no difference between the two teams, as both will receive the same experience throughout the week, including the pro-style workout, game action, evaluations, and exposure.

Both teams will begin the week with a pro-style workout on Thursday, July 23rd, before opening game action on Friday. Pool play will continue through Saturday before teams are seeded into bracket play beginning late Saturday or early Sunday.

TEAM ALABAMA ⭐

Team Alabama's roster is made up entirely of prospects from the 2030 class representing the Yellowhammer State. The team will begin with its pro-style workout Thursday morning before playing two games that will determine seeding for bracket play.

MEET THE TEAM 👋

Dylan Harcrow C / RHP / Fort Payne, AL / 2030 Harcrow heads to the Junior Future Games as one of the more intriguing young catching prospects in Alabama's 2030 class after already establishing a strong track record of varsity production. The athletic 5-foot-11, 169-pound backstop brings present bat speed and a fluid right-handed swing, showing the ability to drive the baseball gap to gap with exit velocities up to 94.7 mph.

Trent Williams C / Hamilton, AL / 2030 A quick-twitched right-handed hitter with a strong feel for the barrel, the 5-foot-10, 168-pound backstop brings an impressive collection of present tools to the Junior Future Games. He has run a 6.94 60-yard dash, recorded pop times of 2.00-2.15 with an 81 mph arm from behind the plate, and produced exit velocities up to 95.5 mph.

Kason Bentley 3B / RHP / Hazel Green, AL / 2031 Bentley brings an intriguing two-way profile to the Junior Future Games with a projectable 5-foot-11 frame and plenty of upside remaining. His primary potential currently shows on the mound, where he operates with an easy, low-effort delivery and has worked into the low-80s, topping at 83.8 mph. Bentley pairs the fastball with a quality breaking ball that spins north of 2400 RPM and a fading changeup, while also showing offensive upside from the right side of the plate.

Caden Kappler 3B / RHP / Hoover, AL / 2030 Kappler brings a physical, projectable presence to the Junior Future Games with an imposing 6-foot-2, 192-pound frame and present strength. The right-handed-hitting infielder features a short, connected swing with intriguing power potential, producing exit velocities up to 95.1 mph. He continues to establish himself among the upper tier of Alabama's talented 2030 class and will be a name to follow this week at LakePoint.

Michael Mizerany 3B / RHP / Vestavia Hills, AL / 2030 Mizerany brings an athletic, two-way profile to the Junior Future Games with a 5-foot-11, 168-pound frame. He shows simple actions in the swing with exit velocities up to 93.1 mph, while also offering upside on the mound with a fastball that has worked into the low-80s.

Christian Houston SS / RHP / Southside, AL / 2030 Houston has already established himself as one of the top players in Alabama's 2030 class with an advanced blend of skill and athleticism. The lean, wiry 5-foot-10, 135-pound infielder possesses a strong arm across the diamond, reaching 87 mph, while also showing impressive two-way ability with a fastball that has worked into the mid-80s.

Maxwell Kimbrell SS / RHP / Hartselle, AL / 2030 Kimbrell enters the Junior Future Games as one of the top 2030 prospects in the country with an advanced blend of physicality and two-way ability. The 6-foot-1, 194-pound rising freshman has shown consistent barrel feel with exit velocities up to 92.9 mph and quality actions on the left side of the infield. He also brings high-level upside on the mound, where he's already logged varsity innings and reached 90 mph with the fastball.

Cooper Mason SS / RHP / Bayside Academy, AL / 2030 Mason enters the Junior Future Games as one of the premier prospects in Alabama's 2030 class and a name firmly in the national conversation. The 5-foot-11, 165-pound shortstop features an advanced left-handed bat with simple actions, excellent barrel feel, and a proven ability to perform against older competition. He also brings intriguing two-way upside, working into the mid-80s and topping at 86 mph on the mound with feel for spin and quality pitchability.

Kendan Thomas SS / Vestavia Hills, AL / 2030 Thomas brings a polished offensive approach to the Junior Future Games with a 5-foot-7, 140-pound frame. He shows natural hitter qualities with a line-drive approach and the ability to use the entire field, producing exit velocities up to 90.1 mph.

Greyson “G.G.” Wuis SS / Bob Jones, AL / 2030 Wuis enters the Junior Future Games as one of the premier prospects in Alabama's talented 2030 class. The 5-foot-10, 156-pound left-handed hitter possesses an advanced feel for the barrel with loose hands and a well-synced swing that allows him to handle velocity and drive the baseball with authority. With exit velocities up to 94.7 mph and plenty of physical development still ahead, Wuis brings an exciting combination of present skill and long-term projection to LakePoint.

Carson Crum OF / Saint James, AL / 2030 Crum brings plenty of athleticism to the Junior Future Games with an athletic 6-foot, 171-pound frame. The right-handed-hitting outfielder has already posted a 6.95 60-yard dash and features a short, direct swing with a connected path through the zone, producing exit velocities up to 88.9 mph.

Kobe Embry OF / RHP / Ragland, AL / 2030 Embry brings high-level athleticism and an exciting two-way profile to the Junior Future Games. The 5-foot-11 three-sport athlete has run a 6.75 60-yard dash and shown present bat speed from the right side, while his athleticism also translates to the mound where he's worked 84-85 mph and topped at 86.0 mph with the fastball.

Zyan Marshall OF / GW Long, AL / 2030 Marshall brings an established track record of production to the Junior Future Games after serving as a key contributor for G.W. Long over the past two seasons. The 5-foot-10, 174-pound right-handed hitter features a simple operation with good feel for his hands in the swing, producing exit velocities up to 92.9 mph.

Tye Price OF / Spain Park, AL / 2030 Price brings high-level athleticism to the Junior Future Games as a talented multi-sport athlete. The 5-foot-10, 167-pound prospect has shown a consistent ability to live on the barrel with a line-drive approach to all fields, while also running a 6.94 60-yard dash and producing exit velocities up to 87.7 mph.

Team Southeast's roster features prospects from Alabama and Georgia, giving additional players from both states the opportunity to compete on the national stage. The team will go through the same pro-style workout and evaluation process before playing two games that will determine seeding for bracket play.

Alex Kightlinger C / Northside, AL / 2030 Kightlinger brings a solid all-around skill set to the Junior Future Games with quality ability behind the plate and good contact skills offensively. The younger brother of 2025 Future Gamer and Indiana recruit Austin Kightlinger, Alex will look to carve out his own path as one of Alabama's talented young catchers in the 2030 class.

Wyatt Gregory 3B / RHP / Hewitt-Trussville, AL / 2030 Gregory brings an intriguing offensive profile to the Junior Future Games, showing the ability to drive the baseball on a strong upward path while keeping the barrel in the zone for an extended period. He has produced exit velocities up to 89.6 mph while also running a 7.09 60-yard dash.

JB Sanders 3B / Northside, AL / 2030 Already equipped with impressive strength and tools for a rising freshman, Sanders will be an intriguing bat to watch at LakePoint. The 5-foot-10, 172-pound prospect generates impressive impact from a quick, compact swing that stays level through the zone, with his 98.3 mph peak exit velocity highlighting the power already present in the profile.

Matthew Downs SS / Bibb County, AL / 2030 Downs brings a physical presence and high-energy style of play to the Junior Future Games, already possessing a mature frame with present strength for his age. The 2030 infielder has consistently shown the ability to compete at the plate and produce offensively, while his high motor and physicality add to an intriguing overall profile.

Noah Isensee SS / James Clemens, AL / 2030 A switch-hitting shortstop with an advanced feel for the barrel, Isensee brings an intriguing blend of present skill and long-term projection to the Junior Future Games. The 5-foot-5, 126-pound rising freshman shows smooth, clean actions from both sides of the plate with a line-drive approach that allows him to use the entire field.

Rawlins Tubbs SS / Holtville, AL / 2030 Tubbs brings one of the more polished hit tools among Alabama's rising freshmen to the Junior Future Games. The 5-foot-7, 153-pound left-handed hitter repeats a smooth, quick swing exceptionally well and consistently finds the barrel with a line-drive approach through the middle of the field. Amari Berry OF / Helena, AL / 2030 Berry offers an intriguing blend of projection and athleticism heading into the Junior Future Games. His fluid, athletic swing hints at future offensive impact as he continues to develop physically, while a 7.04 60-yard dash and 88.5 mph peak exit velocity highlight the present tools already in place.

Sloan Browning OF / LHP / Westbrook Christian, AL / 2030 Browning is an intriguing two-way prospect whose athleticism and feel for the game already stand out at a young age. The 5-foot-8, 140-pound left-handed hitter shows a well-synced swing with the ability to produce line-drive contact to all fields, while also offering upside on the mound with a clean left-handed operation and feel for spin. His confidence and present skill set make him an exciting player to follow at the Junior Future Games.
