Future Games week is here and Team Mid-Atlantic is ready for their three game set. Today we preview the Senior Future Games roster for Team Mid-Atlantic. Each player is listed out in alphabetical order with a short write-up about the player and what to expect. We have also detailed the full schedule for Team Mid-Atlantic.

Senior Future Games Schedule

 

TEAM MID-ATLANTIC: NAMES TO KNOW

Andrew Bezak OF / RHP / Our Lady of Good Counsel High School, MD / 2027 A 2025 Future Games alum, Bezak is a physical, athletic outfielder who can impact the baseball consistently and find ways to reach base. The arm strength has always stood out from the outfield, and it's a hit tool that is line drive focused with the ability to spray to all parts of the field.

Dylan Bowman OF / LHP / New Kent High, VA / 2027 Large framed left handed hitter with impact potential from the left side. In addition to his potential power, flashed some hit during the high school season. Corner outfield/first base positional projection. Will play all of those positions for Team Mid-Atlantic, as well as spend some time on the mound.

Colt Bradshaw SS / 2B / Cape Henry Collegiate School, VA / 2027 Energy giver, sparkplug type of player. More second base long term, but has the footspeed and actions to be serviceable at shortstop. Sneaky juice at the plate, producing some regular upper 90's and low 100 mph EV's. Will play up the middle for Team Mid-Atlantic.

Lewis Dunn C / 1B / Maggie L. Walker Gov. Sch., VA / 2027 Large to XL framed right handed hitter with line to line impact. Run production type of bat that has middle of the order upside. Will catch and play first base for Teamm Mid-Atlantic.

Reid Hydock SS / RHP / Independence High, VA / 2027 Long levers, bouncy athlete with left side potential in the infield. Can make the hard plays look easy at times. Has bursted onto the scene late and the offense has shown flashes of upside. Will play all three infield spots for Team Mid-Atlantic.

Alex Kamprowski RHP / OF / Battlefield High, VA / 2027 Electric factory is the best way to describe AK. Energy giver and does not back down in any count or situation. Higher intent that has shown the ability to maintain velo and stuff deeper into an outing. Upper 80's and will grab his fair share of 90-91's. Shorter slider that when he has the feel for it during an outing, is the go to out pitch. Will start vs Team Canada in game one.

Matthew Kane C / RHP / King George High, VA / 2027 More medium framed right hander with a fastball that sits upper 80's and will run into the 90-91 range. Breaking ball that will vary shapes, that gets more depthy at times and will show some sweep at others. The breaking ball usually stays in the mmid-upperr 70's range. Kane will get the start vs West Coast on Wednesday.

Robert Kilpatrick III RHP / Bishop Denis J. Oconnell High School, VA / 2027 The 6-foot-3 right hander has long levers and works from a down and out stride down the mound. Longer arm action throwing from a high three-quarter arm slot. Stuff works more east-west, with a 87-91 mph fastball that is more sinker and a side to side slider that usually sits 77-81 mph. Will be on the mound versus Canada in game one on Tuesday night.

Drew Kittelberger OF / SS / Calvert Hall, MD / 2027 Another 2025 Future Games alum, it's a compact 5-foot-11 frame that draws eyes with the ability to impact the baseball from both sides of the plate as a switch hitter. Defensively, it's more of a utility guy who grew up playing the middle infield, but spent the spring season as the everyday centerfielder. Expect Kittelberger to play multiple positions throughout the week as the 6.8 run tool helps in that regard.

Landon Lee RHP / 3B / Urbana High, MD / 2027 One of Maryland's spring breakout arms, Landon Lee, emerged as the top bullpen piece for the 4A State Champions. It's a lean 6-foot-2, 170-pound frame that has seen a significant velo uptick, now into the upper-80s, while the secondary continues to sharpen. There's intent behind the delivery, and while consistency has been a question at times, when the feel for the slider is present, the strikeouts continue to pile up. The right-hander will take the hill in Game 2 against New England.

Jake Lindsey 3B / 2B / Calvert Hall, MD / 2027 The summer campaign for Jake Lindsey has been extremely impressive, as the physical 6-foot, 190-pound corner infielder kicked off the summer with three homers over the first two weekends. Some of the loudest contact is generated across the state, it's gap-to-gap ability with consistent upper-90s EVs, showing evident strength to the pull side. The arm strength allows Lindsey to stick at third, certainly making him a follow throughout the workout and into game-play.

Elijah Marshall LHP / OF / John Champe HS, VA / 2027 Spin wins and Marshall can surely spin it. Throws two above average high school breaking balls that he can start and finish counts with. The fastball is usually in the mid-80's range and can play up off of the breaking balls. Projection arm that has shown feel for spin. Will be throwing in game three versus the West Coast on Wednesday night.

Walker McElwain 1B / 3B / Bishop Denis J. Oconnell High School, VA / 2027 One of the most productive hitters in Virginia/DC this spring. Has long shown the power potential and upside, but the hit has continued to evolve and the in game power production rate has picked up as well. True impact from line to line and solid hand-eye/bat to ball skills. More first base long term with middle of the order offensive abilities. Will play some third and mostly first base during gameplay.

Jackson Millan OF / LHP / Dominion Sports Collective, VA / 2027 Athletic outfielder that has shown the range and tools to contribute at all three spots. Left/left with above average arm strength, above average run tool, and has flashed some impact at the plate. A little more impact over hit right now, but has some versatility to contribute up and down the lineup. Will roam all three outfield spots during gameplay.

Bryson Pickeral RHP / RHP / PDG Academy, VA / 2027 Mid 80's right hander with a short arm action and feel to spin. The slider sits in the 77-80 mph range, leading one to believe that the tight split with his fastball leaves some room for a velo jump. Will be working in game three versus West Coast.

Connor Pollock SS / RHP / Alexandria City High, VA / 2027 Pollock really made a name for himself this spring at Alexandria City. Athletic defender on the left side with the arm strength and actions to contribute on that side. Average runner that may be more third than short, but has the hands and arm strength to be a more than capable defender at short. Will play all three infield spots for Team Mid-Atlantic.

Hayden Reed LHP / OF / Abingdon High, VA / 2027 Reed will serve as one of two two-way players for Team Mid-Atlantic, getting the ball vs New England for the first game on Wednesday. Reed is a left/left talent from Southwest Virginia. Probably more arm than bat right now, with the offense being hit over power. On the mound, Reed is usually mid-upper 80's and can bump a 90 from time to time. There is intent in the delivery and attacks hitters. At the plate he holds closed during the lift and stride before a violent rotation to deliver the barrel with intent. Certainly enough bat speed and strength to impact the ball at the plate. Will play some corner outfield and first base, while also toeing the rubber versus New England.

Grayson Ryan RHP / OF / Calvert Hall College High School, MD / 2027 Yet another 2025 Future Games alum, Grayson Ryan, continues to make strides on the mound over the last twelve months. Now consistently in the upper-80s, often grabbing his fair share of 89s, the biggest piece is the improvement made to the secondary arsenal, using it as more of a swing-and-miss pitch rather than strictly a different look for hitters. The ability to throw four pitches for strikes makes Ryan a watch in Game 2 vs New England. Showed the ability to compete against upper-eschelon talent throughout his time in the MIAA this spring and into the summer with Dirtbags.

Joshua Scholl RHP / 2B / Mechanicsville High, VA / 2027 Cleaner arm swing and works from a three-quarter slot. Mostly two pitches with a fastball and slider, but has shown the makings a serviceable changeup. The fastball velo has been pretty consistently in the 84-87 range when we have seen him in 2026 with a mid 70's slider. The stuff continues to get better and he will have a chance to show it versus the West Coast on Wednesday.

Ian Taylor RHP / 3B / Western Branch High, VA / 2027 Mid 80's right hander that will creep into the 87-88 range at times. The slider has shown the be the winner at times for Taylor. The breaking ball will vary in shapes and would probably profile as more slurve, but it is a pitch he can use early and late in counts. Taylor will be throwing Tuesday vs Canada.

Austin Uzzle OF / SS / New Kent High, VA / 2027 Medium frame, higher intent reliever profile with arm speed and arm strength. Sits upper 80's and will run more than a handful into the low 90's. He has been up to 92-93 mph with the fastball that he will use to overpower hitters at times. Low 70's breaking ball that will need to firm up in the long term, but can use it to get hitters off the fastball. Will be on the mound Tuesday night vs Canada.

Andrew Vaughan SS / 2B / St Paul VI, VA / 2027 Burst onto the scene this spring at PVI when he showcased strong bat to ball skills to go along with his large 6-foot-1 frame. Above average athlete for his size and probably more left field over center right now. Will play all three outfield positions for Team Mid-Atlantic.

Noah Wantuck C / OF / Herndon High, VA / 2027 Compact 5-foot-8 frame, average to slightly above arm strength, and one of the better hit tool bats from this 2027 VA/DC catching class. Hit over ppwer, but has some sneaky pop for the frame and profile. Was as consistent as it gets for Herndon this year and has continued to produce this summer. Will catch and potentially play some outfield for Team Mid-Atlantic.

Mark Williams Jr. 3B / RHP / Smca, MD / 2027 When discussing a hit tool that has made significant strides in-game, look no further than Mark Williams. The raw strength has always been unlike many in the class, and now as that power has started to translate better against upper-end pitching, the ceiling is extremely high. It's a corner infielder who holds the arm strength present enough to move to a corner outfield position. The EVs will be into the mid-100s, and the baseball explodes off the bat.

Franklin Zerpa C / 3B / Dematha Catholic, MD / 2027 After an injury forced Franklin Zerpa to miss all of last summer, he has returned with an opportunity to show off his raw power. After a spring that saw Zerpa have some ups and downs while returning to full health, he has impressed immensely throughout the summer in both a showcase and in-game perspective. Defensively, Zerpa certainly has the arm strength, and his clean transfers allow him to keep runners in check. The hit tool will definitely be the story, though, gets the hands through the zone and showcases the extremely easy power.
