TEAM ARIZONA — 2026 FUTURE GAMES PREVIEW

A look at the top prospects representing Arizona in the Class of 2028. Coverage by @PrepBaseballAZ and @pbtscouting.

Arizona’s 2028 class continues to build momentum with high-end talent across the board. This group brings athleticism, impact arms, physical bats, and plenty of players who have already made noise on the state and national stage.

Below is a look at the players set to represent Team Arizona at the 2026 Future Games.

Andres Armenta OF / Casteel, AZ / 2028

Armenta (representing Team Hawaii in GA) shows one of the better combinations of athleticism and offensive upside in the 2028 class. The right handed hitter consistently produces quality at bats, showing a balanced, repeatable swing with the ability to drive the baseball to all fields while impacting the game with both power and contact. His athleticism is evident in every phase of his game, allowing him to cover ground in the outfield, pressure defenses on the bases and compete with confidence against top competition. Ryder Bell LHP / Hamilton High School, AZ / 2028

Bell gives Arizona a talented left handed arm with a combination of present stuff and long term projection that should draw attention throughout the week. He works comfortably in the mid 80s with a fastball that plays through the zone, while showing advanced feel for a complete four pitch mix highlighted by two high spin breaking balls capable of generating swing and miss. Christian Estrella OF / RHP / Arizona College Prep High School, AZ / 2028

Estrella has put together a breakout summer after helping Arizona College Prep capture the 5A State Championship this spring, and he enters Future Games with plenty of momentum. The left handed hitter is a physical presence who moves exceptionally well for his size, consistently puts quality swings on the baseball and has shown the ability to impact games with both his bat and energy. He plays with confidence and intensity, bringing the type of spark that elevates the players around him while competing every pitch. Chase Fillman OF / LHP / Millennium, AZ / 2028

Fillman enters Future Games as one of the most recognizable names in Arizona's 2028 class following a breakout summer that has elevated his profile on the national stage. The physical left handed hitter has consistently performed against high level competition, turning heads at both the Four Corners ProCase and NPI while continuing to produce some of the loudest offensive performances in the state. Sammy Garcia SS / Hamilton, AZ / 2028

Garcia has established himself as one of the top prospects in Arizona's 2028 class thanks to his combination of baseball instincts, toughness and well rounded skill set. Evan Hedlund LHP / Casteel High School, AZ / 2028
