The #WCSSG25 attendee comes up big here with a backside RBI double to put O’Connor up 3-0 in the first. Wiry frame with a controlled, level plane swing. #beseen @WaterburyChase @TweetTonyT pic.twitter.com/4SJrOE3Bcl

Austin Webb RHP / Notre Dame Preparatory, AZ / 2028Webb brings one of the more polished pitching profiles to Team Arizona, relying on athleticism, pitchability and a repeatable operation that allows his stuff to consistently play against quality hitters. An easy mover on the mound, he repeats his delivery with ease and fills the strike zone with a well rounded sinker, slider and changeup mix that creates weak contact and keeps hitters off balance. Rather than overpowering opponents, Webb wins with tempo, movement, sequencing and an advanced understanding of how to pitch, traits that often translate well against high level competition. As his physical tools continue to mature, he has all the ingredients to keep trending upward and should be a valuable arm for Arizona throughout the week. |

Whippy 3/4 slot with upbeat tempo. Everything moves. SNK/SL/CH mix tunnel effectively. Lots of weak contact. #beseen
