Savannah, GA - The Savannah summer ID took place on July 7th as staff traveled to Benedictine High School. This event featured prospects from the 2027-2030 grad classes and serves as an identifier of talent to monitor throughout the summer circuit and into high school ball, and so forth. Throughout the week we will be pumping out the content from this event.

Brayden Austin, Savannah Christian Prep (GA), 2027 |
Positional Profile: RHP/1B
Body: 6-0, 177.7-pounds.
Delivery: Very athletic looking delivery, high leg kick and gets down the mound well.
Arm Action: RH. Very loose arm action with a 1 3/4 slot.
FB: T86, 84-85 mph. FB that gets to the plate quickly and fills up the zone. T2290, 2235 average rpm.
CB: 70-71 mph. Tight spin and can toss it in the zone whenever he wants. T2447, 2385 average rpm.
CH: 76-79 mph. Great looking changeup. Very deceptive. T2402, 2199 average rpm.

Caycen Darley, savannah christian Prep (GA), 2029 |
Positional Profile: 3B/RHP
Body: 6-1, 169.1-pounds.
Delivery: Big presence on the mound, gets way down the mound very effectively.
Arm Action: RH. Loose arm action with an over the top delivery.
FB: T83, 80-82 mph. Pretty quick FB with a good bit of ride on it. T2094, 1958 average rpm.
SL: 70-72 mph. Wipeout slider that breaks across the whole zone. T1929, 1891 average rpm.
CH: 71-73 mph. Great CH, that looks identical to the FB until it reaches the plate. T1664, 1518 average rpm.

Bronson Jackson, Richmond Hill Primary School (GA), 2027 |
Positional Profile: C/RHP
Body: 5-11, 168.2-pounds.
Delivery: Standard looking windup, gets down the mound well. Not the most athletic looking when he pitches.
Arm Action: RH. 1 3/4 arm slot, has long arms as well.
FB: T70, 67-69 mph. T2205, 2073 average rpm.
CB: 61-62 mph. Tight spin on the CB. 12-6 movement. T2613, 2507 average rpm.
CH: 60-68 mph. Disappears. T2162, 2029 average rpm

Tripp Mascaro, West Laurens (GA), 2028 |
Positional Profile: 1B/RHP
Body: 6-3, 219.1-pounds.
Delivery: Big presence on the mound, high leg kick, and really uses his back leg to drive off the mound.
Arm Action: RH. Loose arm action with a lower arm slot.
FB: T80, 76-79 mph. A good bit of late ride on it. T2109, 1936 average rpm.
SL: 68-70 mph. Breaks across the whole zone, able to land it for strikes. T1877, 1755 average rpm.
CH: 66-69 mph. Tight spin on it and completely falls off the table. T1316, 1220 average rpm.

Branton Ray, Wayne County (GA), 2027 |
Positional Profile: RHP/OF
Body: 6-3, 158.7-pounds.
Delivery: Tall presence on the mound, looks like he hops off the rubber at the end.
Arm Action: RH. Arm action looks a little tight and over the top.
FB: T80, 79-80 mph. Had a harder time filling up the zone with it, but looks like it could be good. T2007, 1960 average rpm.
CB: 67-69 mph. Tight 12-6 spin with the ability to land it in the zone. T2254, 2215 average rpm.
CH: 71-74 mph. Works well with his FB with late break at the end. T1765, 1667 average rpm.

Ethan Tinker, Cambridge (GA), 2029 |
Positional Profile: RHP/3B
Body: 5-11, 151.9-pounds.
Delivery: Athletic delivery with a big leg kick.
Arm Action: RH. Very loose arm action with a lower arm slot.
FB: T82, 81-82 mph. Threw the FB well and it had a good bit of ride on it as well. T2409, 2326 average rpm.
CB: 72-74 mph. Good looking 2 strike pitch and could toss it in the zone. T1843, 1629 average rpm.
CH: 76-77 mph. Meshes well with his FB and has late break T2163, 1990 average rpm.

Andrew Wallace, Calvary Day (GA), 2029 |
Positional Profile: RHP/OF
Body: 5-6, 139.3-pounds.
Delivery: Quick, violent delivery from the windup. Gets way down the mound. Uses his lower half for everything its got.
Arm Action: RH. Very loose arm action with a lower arm slot.
FB: T83, 83-83 mph. Good life on the FB, command could be a little wild at times. T2290, 2220 average rpm.
SL: 73-74 mph. Tight spin on it, trouble with the command. T2465, 2378 average rpm.
CH: 77-79 mph. Harder changeup with a good amount of break. Could be beneficial to knock a few mph off the CH. T2021, 1966 average rpm.

Cason Waters, Metter (GA), 2029 |
Positional Profile: RHP/3B
Body: 5-11, 166.7-pounds.
Delivery: Only from the stretch, high leg kick and uses that to drive off the mound.
Arm Action: RH. High arm slot with good life on the ball.
FB: T80, 78-80 mph. Good run on the FB, threw for strikes as well. T2181, 2087 average rpm.
CB: 69-71 mph. Tight 12-6 on the CB and filled up the zone with it. T2399, 2270 average rpm.
CH: 72-75 mph. Has some nice break on it at the end. T1642, 1549 average rpm.
