2026 Louisiana Junior Future Games MVP: Braydon Peveto

Peveto played a key role in Louisiana's perfect 3-0 run at the 2026 Junior Future Games, emerging as one of the club's most consistent offensive threats. The left-handed hitter seemed to produce a quality at-bat every time he stepped into the box, finishing the week 3-for-5 (.600) with a double, two triples, and four RBI.

What stood out most was his advanced feel for the barrel and mature offensive approach. Peveto consistently adjusted from pitch to pitch, controlled the strike zone, and drove the baseball to all fields with confidence. With his polished hit tool already showing at such a young age, he's a player we're excited to follow as he begins his high school career at Sulphur High School and one who has all the makings of a high-level prospect over the next four years.
