2026 Colorado State Games: Event Preview

TOP PLAYERS IN COLORADO

We're inviting the top players in Colorado, spanning grad classes 2027-2030. Our mission is to bring the highest level talent in the state to one location for this two-day event. Rosters and teams will be composed of players from each grad class, setting the table to see who are, pound-for-pound, some of the state's top prospects.

TWO-DAY EVENT

All position players will showcase their talents in a pro-style workout in the morning of day one of the event, Tuesday, August 4. Following the workout, players will branch off into teams (selected by the Prep Baseball staff) and begin gameplay. The following day, we will finish up the event with games for a total of two guaranteed games between the two days. Lineups, pitching rotations and rosters will be constructed by Prep Baseball staff.

In 2022, the inaugural Prep Baseball Colorado State Games was a huge success with many players separating themselves as premier prospects. Since then, over 250 participants have already gone on to make a commitment.

ITINERARY

Tuesday, August 4

  • 9:00 AM - All Position Player Check-in
  • 9:30 AM - about 12:30 PM - Position Player Workout

Please check the ROSTER tab for your team designation.

  • 1:30 PM: Game 1 - Team 1 vs Team 4
  • 4:00 PM: Game 2 - Team 2 vs Team 3

Notes:

  • Position Players on Teams 2 and 3 may leave to get lunch after their workout but must return by 3:15 PM
  • Position Players on Team 1 and Team 4 should bring lunch/snacks.
  • Pitcher onlys need to check in one hour before their scheduled game time.
  • Pitcher onlys will throw on Wednesday (day 2, unless otherwise requested). We can be flexible with this by request.

Wednesday, August 5

Players should arrive 1 hour before their scheduled game time.

  • 12:30 PM: Game 4 - Team 1 vs Team 3
