Washington Uncommitted Spotlight - '27 C/RHP Baron Graham
August 24, 2026
As we end the summer showcase season, Prep Baseball Washington features an Uncommitted Spotlight, where we highlight standout performers that attended a Prep Baseball ID event this year. Uncommitted spotlights are meant to showcase players that Prep Baseball Scouts felt showed standout tools, large improvements in overall game, or potential upside moving forward. College coaches and recruiters should be sure to keep an eye on these prospects in the coming months.
This week, we spotlight '27 C/RHP Baron Graham. The two-way talent out of Heritage High School was seen at the PNW Summer ID and PNW State Games events this summer.
A physical 6'1 righthander, Graham's showcases have been highlighted by exit velocities into the upper 90's and a fastball up to 86 MPH. Below is a complete player profile breakdown.

Scouting Report
Baron Graham, Heritage High School (WA), 2027
Positional Profile: C/RHP
Body: 6-0, 207-pounds.
Delivery: Works from the stretch, with feet set on the first base side of the rubber, the front foot is closed, and hands are set at the letters. Hands stay quiet and letter high, a quick leg lift into a short stride down the mound; the front leg lands bent with loss of energy. I stay locked on target through the stretch, finishing with a decel over the plant leg and momentum carrying to the catcher.
Arm Action: RH. Quiet hands stay letter high before the front foot strides down the mound; the hands break with the throwing arm going behind the back up to a 3/4 arm release.
FB: T86, 82-85 mph. T1924, 1873 average rpm.
SL: 69-72 mph. T2505, 2300 average rpm.
CH: 76-77 mph. T1952, 1840 average rpm.
ATH: 7.61 runner in the 60. 1.78 and 4.16 in the 10 and 30 yard splits. 19.90 max vertical.
Baron Graham, Heritage High School (WA), 2027
Positional Profile: C/RHP
Body: 6-0, 207-pounds.
Hit: RHH. The upper half starts relaxed with the bat resting on the rear shoulder and knob pointed up to the sky. In the lower half, the front foot starts open, with weight even on both feet and a slight bend in the rear leg. Simple, repeatable mechanics; hands and front foot work in the sink during the load. Front foot lifts off the ground as hands raise off rear shoulder, hips shift back over rear leg as they begin to coil into load. The front foot toe taps before beginning to stride into swing; hips flip open into the swing as the front foot lands, causing hands and back to work through the zone, meeting the ball out front with uphill contact, finishing with a controlled one-handed follow-through. 71.6 mph bat speed with 6 G's of rotational acceleration.
Power: 98 max exit velocity, averaged 87.2 mph. 355' max distance.
Arm: RH. C-76 mph. Catches the ball neck high before gathering above the letters and breaking into a quick 3/4 arm release.
Defense: 2.05-2.25 pop times. Works from the standard 1KD stance shifted slightly to the writer's batter's box. Presents target high center of strike zone and sticks pitches with flexion in the wrist when framing. Stays in 1KD stance on throwdowns, working up through the catch on the throwdown to speed up the throw. Drops to knees and keeps the ball in front on wild pitches.
ATH: 7.61 runner in the 60. 1.78 and 4.16 in the 10 and 30 yard splits. 19.90 max vertical.
Vizual Edge: 57.28 Edge Score
