On Tuesday, July 7th, the Prep Baseball Wisconsin staff continued the summer circuit with the Wausau Summer ID at Athletic Park in Wausau, WI. This open event hosted around 20 kids from around the state, allowing our staff to get an up-close and personal look at them before the summer really started to heat up.

Today, we are taking a look at the top pitching prospects from the entire day, found below, along with scouting reports from every single pitcher that was in attendance.

TOP-3 PITCHING PROSPECTS

1. Wyatt Beaudoin, Amherst (WI), 2028 |
Positional Profile: 3B/RHP
Body: 6-5, 205.7-pounds. Long levers, strong build, room to add.
Delivery: High tuck, with balance, lands with good direction to home, lands slightly closed, high leg swing finish.
Arm Action: RH. Whippy arm action, 3/4 slot, repeats.
FB: T81, 78-81 mph. Driven through the zone to set up the rest of arsenal. T2572, 2438 average rpm.
