Each week, WIAA coaches around the state submit to us their nominations for the Prep Baseball Wisconsin Player of the Week and Prep Baseball Illinois Pitcher of the Week honors. Following that announcement, our staff publishes the nominees who fell just short of that week's POTW honor inside of the 'Diamond Notes,' which is made live every Thursday.

Coaches, if you are interested in submitting a nomination for one of next week's awards, please nominate a player by emailing [email protected] or by replying to our 'reminder' email distributed every Sunday; please include relevant statistics, records, etc. along with your nomination. Please note, we're only able to consider and accept nominations from WIAA coaches.
