In conjunction with our comprehensive in-game coverage throughout the 2026 season, we’ll publish this Daily Roundup to keep readers informed on the latest happenings across the state.

Kettle Moraine Lutheran established an early lead in the top of the second inning, getting on the board when Mason Moths was struck by a pitch to force in a run and Derek Sans hit a run-scoring groundout. Pewaukee answered with a single run in the bottom of the second, but the Chargers extended their advantage to 3-1 in the third on a sacrifice fly from Braxton Abitz. The Pirates flipped the script completely and seized a 5-3 lead with a massive four-run surge in the bottom of the fourth inning, aided by an RBI groundout from Logan Peterson and emphatically punctuated by a towering three-run double off the bat of Colton Wall. Kettle Moraine Lutheran displayed resilience, battling back to knot the score at 5-5 in the top of the sixth aided by a run-scoring fielder's choice from Brady Kolberg and a steal of home by Jake Bartelt. However, the Pewaukee offense answered immediately, regaining command for good with a staggering five-run explosion in the bottom half of the frame. The game-breaking rally was highlighted by a crucial two-run sacrifice bunt laid down by Wall. The pitching staff then slammed the door the rest of the way to comfortably seal the win. Max Metz earned the win with a gritty performance out of the bullpen, tossing two and one-third innings while surrendering two runs on just one hit, racking up one strikeout, and navigating one walk to help settle the game. This followed a start from Brady LaBlanc, who yielded three runs on three hits while striking out four and navigating one walk over the first 2.0 frames. Praveen Tolat provided lockdown relief, tossing two and two-thirds scoreless innings while surrendering just one hit and navigating six walks to completely shut down the Chargers' offense. The Pewaukee offense was an absolute juggernaut, piling up 11 hits on the day. Blayke Duvall was a massive force at the plate, spearheading the attack from the bottom of the lineup with a stellar, perfect 3-for-3 performance. Colton Wall provided heavy lifting in the clutch, completely driving the lineup with a team-high 4 RBI on a 1-for-2 day that included his pivotal fourth-inning double. Brett Paulsen earned the win with an absolute masterpiece on the mound, tossing a five-inning no-hitter while surrendering zero runs on zero hits, racking up an impressive nine strikeouts, and navigating three walks over 5.0 dominant innings of work to completely shut down the Wolverines' offense. The Kewaunee offense was an absolute juggernaut, piling up 11 hits on the day and showing incredible patience by drawing seven walks as a team. Connor Kilgore was a massive force at the plate, spearheading the attack by driving the middle of the lineup with a stellar, perfect 3-for-3 performance that included his pivotal third-inning triple and a team-high 3 RBI. Micah Vanness provided heavy lifting in the clutch, completely driving the lineup with 2 RBI on a multi-hit 2-for-3 day that included a double. Drew Gage earned the win with an absolute masterpiece on the mound, tossing 5.0 innings while surrendering just one run (zero earned) on two hits, racking up an impressive six strikeouts, and navigating two walks to completely shut down the Cardinals' offense early. Kolton Haupt provided relief out of the bullpen to close out the final frames and finish the game. The Stratford offense was incredibly efficient, gathering seven hits on the day. Riley Spindler was a massive force at the plate, spearheading the attack by completely driving the lineup with a game-high 4 RBI on a stellar three-hit performance that included his pivotal second-inning home run. Brady Berg provided heavy lifting in the clutch, driving the middle of the lineup with 3 RBI on a multi-hit 2-for-3 day that featured his massive first-inning blast. Drew Bluhm and Matt Schoenfuss kept the pressure on by chipping in with one hit apiece to balance the relentless attack.
