Risers

Check out the three players who rose in this rankings update...

Logan Hepner LHP / OF / Ottawa, KS / 2029

Hepner jumps five spots into the top three. The left-hander has been stellar not only on the mound for Ottawa, but also in the middle of the order with the bat.

Kellen Sears SS / RHP / Blue Valley Northwest, KS / 2029

The 6-foot-3, 160-pound, two-way athlete was a standout at the MOKAN Preseason All-State. He has also shown a significant velo-jump on the mound this spring into the mid-80s with strikes.

Riley McEvoy 3B / OF / Spring Hill, KS / 2029

The 6-foot-3, 185-pound, right-handed hitter was not only a standout at the KC Preseason ID, but has also been one of the biggest impact bats for Spring Hill this spring.

Newcomers

Check out the top five newcomers to this rankings...

Zion Ova LHP / OF / Paola, KS / 2029

Arguably the most projectable prospect in the class, the 6-foot-3, 190-pound left-hander was up to 84 mph at the Tulsa Preseason ID. Ova will be a high-follow prospect as he continues to polish his game.

Bennett Bass RHP / OF / Olathe West, KS / 2029

The 6-foot-1, 185-pound right-hander showed a clean and low-effort delivery with a low slot at the KC Preseason ID. Bass showed sink on fastballs up to 84 mph and landed a high-spin-rate slider for strikes.

Tuff Rush SS / 3B / Tonganoxie, KS / 2029

An obvious standout at the BTL Scout Day, Rush shows barrel control and strength paired with advanced foot speed. Rush has also been a major contributor for Tonganoxie's varsity this spring as well.

Tucker Hupp C / OF / De Soto, KS / 2029

The De Soto backstop makes his debut in the rankings in the top 20 thanks to an outstanding performance at the KC Preseason ID. Hupp's quickness shined in the 60 and on his pop times, showing some of the best marks in the KS class for both.

Remington John RHP / SS / Cherryvale, KS / 2029

A name we have known, John jumps into the rankings thanks to advanced polish on the mound, the ability to get outs, and a velo-jump he showed off at the KC Preseason ID.
