QUICK HITS

+ Two adavanced two-way prospects stood out from last week's event at the MOSH, LHP/OF Beau Schur Jr. (Wauwatosa East, 2030) & INF/RHP Max Grisolono (Cedar Grove-Belgium, 2030). Schur Jr. tossed what may be the top 'pen our staff will see this winter, athletic and simple windup with easy arm strength and feel to work in the zone, the fastball worked into the mid-80s with feel for both a slider and a changeup. Advanced at the plate with easy strength and feel for the barrel reaching a max EV of 94.9 mph during the round. Grisolono was similarly impressive on the mound showing advanced velocity into the low-80s while showing feel to spin an upside breaking ball and turn over a changeup at an advanced velocity. Strong right-handed swing with leverage and feel to work the middle of the field, clean defender in the infield with fluid actions and a strong and accurate arm to pair.
