SIOUX FALLS, SOUTH DAKOTA - The Dakota Top Prospect Games took place June 2nd, 2026. The event was held at Ronken Field, on the campus of Augustana University. The event featured over 70 prospects from the class of 2027 through 2029 and many standout performances from the players in attendance. Thank you to the players, parents, coaches and the Augustana staff for such a great event.

JACK BLOMGREN | RHP/OF | BRANDON VALLEY

The Fireballer from Brandon, South Dakota bounced back well from his state tournament outings. Blomgren didn't throw a fastball under 90, maxing out at 92.7. Blomgren had feel for a slider in the zone with a sweeping slider at 77-79 with 15 inches of horizontal movement on average. A projectable uncommitted arm to know from the 2027 class.

Jack Blomgren (2027, RHP/OF, @BVLynxBaseball) improved his command since his last showing.

Heater lived 90-91, peaking at 92.7, paired w/ biting slider in the upper 70s.
