2026 VA/DC Private School Top 10: Final Update

Today we are releasing our final update to the Virginia/DC Private School Top 10. Take a look at some notes on a few teams from inside the rankings.
- The Paul VI Panthers end the season in the number one spot of the Private School 10. They captured the VISAA DI title with a strong tournament run with wins over Bishop O'Connell, Collegiate, and St. Anne's Belfield. The offense was firing on all cylinders scoring 28 runs in the tournament. They had big performances from leaders in the senior class that led them to a state title.
- The Highland Hawks move to the number five spot to end the season. They had a strong run in the VISAA DII tournament on their way to their second straight state title. They defeated Virginia Episcopal and Nansemond-Suffolk on their way to the state title game where they defeated Greenbrier Christian.
- Covenant and Jackson Reed are two new faces that enter the final Private School 10. Jackson Reed had strong postseason run ending the season as DCSAA champions after defeating St. Albans. Covenant had some signature wins on the back end of the year with an upset win over Atlantic Shores in the VISAA DII tournament.
