Fountain Inn Fury secured a 7-0 shutout over Clinton Red Devils behind a dominant combined effort from Davis and Passmore, with Davis striking out 11 over 5.2 innings. The Fury broke things open in the second inning, capitalizing on a hit-by-pitch and an error to plate three early runs. The Fury rode the strong pitching the whole way in a matchup of two strong non-region foes.

Parker Davis, 2026, LHP, Fountain Inn
Clemson recruit. The athletic left hander enjoyed another double-digit punch out performance showing poise in big moments. Davis got better as he went deeper into the game, retiring 8 of his final 9 hitters via the strikeout. The FB held 89-91 throughout the evening, shows average life w/ arms or action but attacks in the zone with pitch especially on the inner half to RHH. Ran it in too far for two HBPs on the night but shows he wants to establish the heater to set up offspeed. Shows two quality secondaries with CH and SL. CH was 80-82 with strong late fade generating swing & miss. SL was 77-78 and can adjust slot to get more depth at 74-75. Strong mix & the stuff will have a chance to tick up with added strength at the next level.
