NOTABLE TEAMS IN WEEK 6 MOVING UP 📈

Lone Peak

There is a new #1 in the Beehive State. The Lone Peak Knights (13-0) have officially ascended to the top spot after maintaining their flawless record through a gauntlet of 6A competition. Their combination of elite starting pitching and a lineup that seemingly has no "easy outs" has made them one of the most feared teams in the state. Coming off a dominant region sweep, the Knights show no signs of slowing down as they look to cement their status as the clear state title favorites and will have a chance to prove it this week against American Fork.

Riverton

The Riverton Silverwolves (13-3) continue their steady climb, jumping into the #6 spot after a (4-0) week. Riverton has been playing some of the most inspired baseball in the state, winning high-leverage games with a blend of power and defensive discipline. With a 13-3 record and a pitching staff that has found its groove in region play, the Silverwolves have proven they belong in the conversation with the elite tier of 6A programs.

Skyridge

The Skyridge Falcons (10-3) make a statement move this week, leaping four spots into the Top 10. The Falcons have been clinical in their execution, navigating a tough stretch of the schedule with veteran poise. Their ability to capitalize on opponent errors and drive in runs with two outs has been the hallmark of their recent success. At 10-3, Skyridge is hitting its stride at the perfect time as they push toward the postseason.

Mountain Crest

The biggest mover of the week, the Mountain Crest Mustangs (17-2) rocketed up 10 spots to #14. The Mustangs have been an absolute juggernaut, stacking wins at a staggering rate to reach a 17-2 mark. Their offensive output has been relentless, often putting games out of reach early and allowing their deep pitching staff to go to work. If they continue this trajectory, the Mustangs will be a very difficult out for anyone in the 4A classification.

Ridgeline

The Ridgeline Riverhawks (12-5) find themselves on the rise again, moving up to #17 after a (4-0) week. The Riverhawks have shown remarkable resilience, bouncing back from mid-season tests to put together a string of impressive victories. Their balanced approach at the plate and improved command on the mound have made them a dangerous opponent for anyone in the Top 25. With 12 wins now under their belt, Ridgeline is a team with a high ceiling heading into late April.
