Taking home this week’s offensive award is 2027 Seaton Wix out of Franklin County High School. The junior backstop was at the heart of a talented Flyers offense that erupted for 31 runs, helping lead the charge during a very impressive week at the plate. Wix turned in a dominant performance, going 7-for-10 with four home runs, including leaving the yard in all three games. His loudest performace came in a multi-homer game against Central Hardin, where he launched a pair of solo shots in addition to a base hit. The 5’11” 205-lb RHH continues to be one of the top power bats in the lineup, now sitting at seven home runs on the season while leading Franklin County in nearly every major offensive category. Wix’s presence has been a key factor in the Flyers’ early offensive production, and they’ll look to carry that momentum into their Spring Break as they head south for four more games this week.
