Risers

#13 West Broward

The Bobcats are the story of Week 9, executing a massive eight-spot leap to #13. Despite a puzzling loss to Coral Springs Charter, they handled business against some of the top tier of South Florida baseball by blowing out #6 St. Thomas Aquinas 14-4 and shutting out #8 Mater Academy 4-0. Earning two statement wins over Top 10 opponents in a single week proves West Broward is a dangerous team ready for a playoff run.

Fallers

#12 St. Johns Country Day

The Spartans drop out of the Top 10 after a rough 1-2 week. They were edged out by Bolles 3-2 and took a ranked loss against #15 Creekside. With five unranked losses now on their resume, their margin for error has shrunk, and they’ll need to string together some flawless weeks to climb back into the single digits.

#23 Bishop Moore

The Hornets suffered the biggest drop of the week, free-falling 12 spots to #23. Their near-perfect run hit a major roadblock when they suffered an unexpected loss to Winter Park. While they still hold an outstanding 19-2 record, taking a late-season loss to an unranked opponent is heavily penalized in a top 25 this crowded.

Newcomers

#17 Pace

The Patriots make their debut in the Power 25 at #17. They earned this high entry point by taking down #17 Chiles in a tight 5-4 battle. Sitting at 18-4, Pace has quietly built a resume capable of standing up to the state's best, and they capitalize on North Broward Prep's exit to claim their spot.
