HITTER OF THE WEEK

Lange Livonius 3B / SS / Juan Diego Catholic, UT / 2026

Lange Livonius was an absolute force at the plate this week, serving as the undisputed engine for a Soaring Eagle offense that outscored opponents 38-4 over a three-game stretch. Livonius turned in a clinical performance, hitting at a staggering .833 clip (5-for-6) while driving in eight runs and scoring six himself. His dominance was headlined by a monster outing against East, where he launched two home runs and accounted for five RBIs in a 9-2 victory. Showing advanced composure and elite power, Livonius finished the week with a massive 1.833 slugging percentage, consistently finding barrels and proving why he is one of the most dangerous middle-of-the-order threats in the 4A classification. The Uncommitted Senior is having a strong campaign in 2026 and doesn't look to be slowing down anytime soon.

Highlights: 3 GP / 6 AB / 5 H / 2 HR / 8 RBI / 6 R / .833 AVG / 1.833 SLG

PITCHER OF THE WEEK

Jack Salmon SS / 2B / Wasatch, UT / 2027

Jack Salmon turned in a masterful, career-defining performance this week, delivering a dominant no-hit shutout in California to lead Wasatch to a 6-0 victory over Lincoln. The Junior right-hander was absolutely untouchable from the first pitch, dismantling the Hornets' lineup by racking up a staggering 12 strikeouts over seven clinical innings. Salmon surrendered zero hits and consistently worked ahead in the count, living in the zone and maintaining elite composure throughout the high-stakes tournament outing. It was a true "ace" performance that provided exactly the kind of shutdown dominance needed to anchor the Wasps' rotation and solidify Wasatch as one of the top teams in the 5A Classification.

Highlights: 7.0 IP / 12 K / 0 H / 0 R (W)
