New to the Top 10

Rocco Bucci OF / LHP / Olentangy High School, OH / 2027

Report: Entered the top 10 for the first time after a big showing at Procase where he posted a wood bat EV of 100.5, ran a 6.7 in the 60, and was up to 93 in the outfield. Rocco will look to pace the defending state champion Olentangy offense while serving as their ace on the mound.

Risers

Noah Bauman LHP / OF / Dublin Jerome High School, OH / 2027

Report: A projectable LHP/OF who showed a significant velocity jump this winter, now sitting in the mid-to-upper 80s with the ability to go up and grab a 9. Will pace the Dublin Jerome pitching staff, playing in the OF when he’s not on the bump.

Nathan Kimmel LHP / 1B / Twinsburg, OH / 2027

Report: The Kent State commit is a high-ceiling LHP who impressed this winter in his Procase bullpen. An intense competitor who will look to put together a strong junior campaign. Sat 88-89 this winter, up to 89.9 at Procase, expect the gains to continue through the spring.

Jaxon Snipes RHP / OF / Indian Lake High School, OH / 2027

Report: A RHP whose stock is way up after showing 90 mph heat and a sharp breaking ball this winter. Pairs the FB with a firm 81-82 mph SL and a CH at 80-81 with sub-1000 RPMs. Should be a high follow this spring for many.

Noah Merrill OF / LHP / Ashland, OH / 2027

Report: A two-way LHP/OF prospect who is starting to fill out his frame, leading to increased power at the plate and on the mound.

Cole Twardokus 2B / RHP / Hawken, OH / 2027

Report: A two-way middle infielder who showed improved defensive range and a more consistent barrel during winter workouts. On the mound sat 87-89 T90.2 during Release scout day with up to 21” iVB.

Grant Coblentz OF / LHP / Lake Center Christian, OH / 2027

Report: A smooth-swinging lefty outfielder who also showed well on the mound with a fastball up to 88 mph. Hit .483 AVG for LCC last spring with 6 doubles, 3 triples, and 30 stolen bases. Expect another huge spring for the standout junior.

Landon Arnold 3B / OF / Olentangy Berlin, OH / 2027

Report: A physical third baseman who put up some of the best power numbers of the winter, featuring a 105 mph max exit velocity. The Berlin slugger will look to make a big impact this spring.

Ike Webb RHP / SS / Defiance, OH / 2027

Report: A strike-throwing RHP who showed a jump in velocity and improved feel for his secondary offerings. 84-87 T88 in his pen this winter at Northwest OH Preseason All-State. Look for the righty to have a big time spring as the ace for Defiance.

Blake Moore RHP / OF / Keystone, OH / 2027

Report: The physical RHP/OF impressed this winter with a 93 mph max fastball and elite spin metrics, including a curveball that reached 2,416 rpm. His high-ceiling projectability makes him a top pitching prospect in the class and one of the most intriguing uncommitted players still on the board.

River Blomquist LHP / OF / Medina, OH / 2027

Report: The 6-foot-3 LHP/OF showed significant two-way upside during the winter session, recording a 95.7 mph max exit velocity and a fastball that reached 88 mph. His combination of size and athletic metrics (7.16 60-yard dash) suggests even more growth is on the horizon.

Kash Reeves SS / RHP / Northridge High School, OH / 2027

Report: A twitchy infielder/RHP, he put up some of the best all-around metrics of the winter, including a 6.86 60-yard dash and a 103.6 mph max exit velocity. On the mound, he showed a strike-throwing ability with a fastball up to 86 mph.
