#18 Jordan (2) vs. #16 Alta (0)
The Jordan Beetdiggers Varsity relied on a historic pitching performance to secure a hard-fought 2–0 shutout victory over the Alta Hawks. The story of the game was Talon Petersen, who was absolutely sensational on the mound, tossing a complete-game one-hitter and allowing zero runs to stifle the Hawks' offense. Jordan’s lineup showed great patience and capitalized on defensive miscues to push across their runs, with Kade Carter and Joey Peak each crossing the plate to provide the necessary support. Alta's Tatum Johnson matched that intensity with a brave effort of his own, striking out four and allowing zero earned runs over six innings, while Alexandros Price collected the Hawks' lone hit of the afternoon. It was a classic pitcher's duel that highlighted the incredible focus and defensive poise of both squads, with Jordan ultimately finding the edge in a true championship-style battle.
