2026 FL Power 25 Update: Week 3

The 2026 high school baseball season is officially underway. Each week we will update our Power 25 HS Rankings with Risers, Fallers, and Newcomers to the rankings each week. We look forward to covering high school games this spring and hearing your feedback on who you think should be ranked where. Take a look at our Week 2 update.

Risers
#9 Columbus
Columbus makes a major jump inside the top ten this week after a win over previously ranked #2 Stoneman Douglas. They took down the State Champs 4-3 on Saturday. Columbus also beat Florida Christian and Coral Gables in Week 2 to move to 5-0 on the season.
Fallers
#20 Winter Park
A two-loss week for Winter Park drops them in the Power 25. They went 1-2 in Week 2 with a win over Viera but losses to #10 The First Academy and Community School of Naples.
#24 Miami Springs
Miami Springs fell after their second loss of the season in Week 2. An extra innings loss to Immaculata-La Salle moved Miami Springs to 3-2 on the season after a win over Gulliver Prep earlier in the week.
NR American Heritage
A 0-3 Week 2 of the season sends American Heritage outside the Power 25. They lost to Belen Jesuit, Cardinal Gibbons, and Dwyer in Week 2.
NR Berkeley Prep
Berkeley Prep falls out of the Power 25 this week with a 3-3 record on the season. The Bucs went 1-2 during Week 2 with a win over Trinity Catholic but losses to Tampa Catholic and Santa Fe Catholic.
Newcomers
#15 Dwyer
Dwyer is off to a 6-1 start to the season, going 4-0 in Week 2. They had two ranked wins this past week, defeating previously ranked #9 American Heritage and previously ranked #15 Jupiter.
#25 Tampa Catholic
Tampa Catholic slides into the Power 25 this week with a 5-0 start to the season. They defeated previously ranked #24 Berkeley Prep this past week and also beat Bishop McLaughlin.
