The 2026 high school baseball season is quickly approaching and as usual, excitement is building throughout North Dakota. Players and coaches have been working in preparation for the upcoming season and, as is the case each year, there are some very talented players and teams across North Dakota.

Teams across the state have goals and aspirations to finish their seasons in Minot or Jamestown at the NDHSAA Class A and B State championship games, but there is plenty of work to be done before that becomes reality. We hope to shine a spotlight on all teams across the state as we preview individual teams across North Dakota.

TEAM OUTLOOK

“After last season, we set a standard of where we want to be come end of May. We have a talented lineup one through nine who could make another state push. It is going to take efficient pitching and solid defense to get there. It will be a challenge though, with teams like Davies, Sheyenne, Horace, West Fargo all fighting for the same achievement. There's plenty of talent in our conference and with the new regular season format where teams will be forced to go deeper into the bullpens, it'll be interesting to see how things shake out. We look forward to what we can do at the plate and on the base paths as we shift towards a more aggressive approach. ” – Nathan Sillerud, head coach
